Hi Roger,
What crossfit training are you doing n Abu Dhabi?
I've recently arrived from Brisbane, Oz where I hadn't become addicted to crossfit.
Am looking for places, people, stores to buy equipment, basically whatever to improve my crossfit training here in Abu Dhabi.
I currently do some limited training at the gym in my compound - but unfortunately I don't have access to things such as pull-up bar, barbells and weights.
ie the gym is fitted out for guinea pigs.
any advise or help would be great.

I am wondering if Nick or Roger ever found a way to do CF in Abu Dhabi. I'm considering a temporary job there and don't want to fall back on training. Anyway you can have him contact me?
