Olympic Lift.  A lot.  Not fast just work on form and then put some weight on the bar and have fun.

Olympic WOD

Keeping good form and technique.  20 Snatches at 75% as quick as possible.   Slow down if you have to these should be good, solid lifts.

Core work

4 rounds for time
10 Jondas
10 Alligator Push-us
10 Side bends each side
