took about 5 weeks off to let a double wrist injury heal properly...feel like they are back to 95%.
Used 75# and took it slow making sure of correct form on each rep and finished at 31:13. Five week break and I feel like I haven't lifted a weight in years. No more breaks for me if I can help it!

Good job, Todd keep up the good work how did you hurt your wrist? The first workout back after an injury is always the toughest.

I was doing a push press back in July and missed the j-hook on one side of the rack...that was the right wrist, then in August did something similar to the left. They just were not getting any better so I took 2 weeks at first, no improvement, them 3 then 4 weeks and ended up taking 5 weeks before it finally felt better.
I am feeling great and am very happy to be back.
