LMAO HaHaHa. That's what you get for turning 34. I blame YOU!!! Good luck trying to wave hello or goodbye, sit down or get up... anything to do with your arms or legs. The moral of this story is....no more birthdays. We should all just stay the same age... FOREVER!!!

At some point during most of the workouts I usually get a good feeling of accomplishment. Today was not the case, my favorite exercise was the last one, to be more specific, my favorite exercise was stopping. I would like to point out the birthday is not the probelm, tellnig them it was my birthday seemed to be my downfall. Usually I am happy to see kegs, do turkish people really get up like that? and most importantly whether at the beginning or at the end 800 meters still *@#&s! For the record I never liked Coard, Cody is a close second. however since I train mostly with Cody, Coard is tops on my hate club. If you really look at it the person really to blame is Coach, what sick and twisted things did he do to these kids growing up that now they enjoy waiting to see if I am going to finish the workout or pass out.
