     Jake it's 2375 sq feet, 600 sqft is upstairs and will be finished AC/heat carpeted- for personal training; small group training (beginners, etc...) and nutrition/? classes. I can't wait. Down stairs small office and crossfit area. except for Coach's corner 2-3 platforms for me and my Oly lifters.
     
     and we're working on some extra stuff top secret stuff we have to see if it pans out...
