Burpees

Do 1 burpee the 1st minute
Do 2 burpees the 2nd minute
Do 3 burpees the 3rd minute....
and so on until you can not complete the burpees in one minute or you finish 30 burpees in the 30th Minute.

Olympic Weightlifting WOD

Snatch 5 rounds of
70%-75%-80%

Clean and Jerk 4 round of
70%-75%-80%

Get it done.
