Here is a recap of Austin's B-day workout yesterday.


Greg came running back for his second workout after his wife had a baby.

Coard did the workout and almost died.


Ben Did his first CrossFit workout as prescribed.


Austin, the Birthday Boy, did some of his favorites,  Alligator Push-ups.



Cody did the workout..........




Then Greg ran away again mumbling about how he hates Austin.  Here are the results.
