Coach, thanks again for your response to my email. I did your Oly WOD today. I scaled it back on weight and did assisted pullups. It took me 25 minutes, but I did "get it done." Yes, I'm out of shape, but I'm in better shape today than I was yesterday. So, keep it coming. Thanks again.
