sounds real good, what were your numbers, body weight and age, just for reference.

Age 41. BW 200 @6'. Goal of 190 BW and just to get "in shape."
Weight used = 65lbs. on all movements. Can't yet do a muscle up yet, so I just did a knee up hold on the rings for the 2 reps.
