Athlete of the Month for August goes to Peyton Holm. Despite being hurt from running track, she continued to come daily into the gym and do what she could, working around the pain. That's some dedication. And her dedication paid off with some new maxes in the back squat and press! Here she is taking a break before repping out a few more squats. Keep up the great work Peyton!

It was real tough picking this month's athlete - everyone did well. Great job to everyone on their new numbers yesterday, and continue to work hard. September's just started; get to work!
