Personal Training

If you are not in the mood for a group class, or you would like to work on a specific goal, we offer personal training sessions. Every session will address your needs and when you’re ready, you can stay with your trainer or switch to our group CrossFit classes. We offer training in our climate controlled training room for those of you that want private personal training. Whether you are looking to train for your sport, or looking to lose weight in a one-on-one training session, the trainers here at CrossFit Chesapeake will Get It Done.

Fat Loss
Our trainers put you on the fast track for fat loss. Personal training is a way to get one-on-one time with one of our trainers. We go over exercise and diet to make sure you obtain your goals. All of the motions and workouts are scaled for you. If you don’t want to workout in our main gym, we can bring you upstairs to our private personal training studio.

We offer personal training sessions in packages of 12.  This is to give us enough time to work with you so you can start to see the results you want to see.

Strength and Conditioning

No matter what sport you play, whether it be soccer, baseball, football, golf, and many more, strength, power, and conditioning are areas that sport training falls short on.  Our trainers know the importance of these three principles and can get you, your son, or daughter ready to play their sport at peak performance.
