Most people spend their time complaining about what they don’t like in their life. How unhealthy they are, how unhappy they are in their jobs/relationships/lives, how they wish things were different. But most people don’t, or won’t, do anything to change their circumstances.

But imagine this…in three years, if you haven’t changed anything, will you still be unhappy? What about in one year? What about in 6 months?

Remember, nothing changes if nothing changes.

If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you’ll continue along in the same spot, day after day, month after month, year after year. You have to make changes in your life if you want changes in your life.

And I get it. Change is scary. The unknown is scary. We sit in our comfort zone because we know it. It feels safe. We know what to expect and how it feels. But if how it feels is unpleasant or not what we want, why on earth would you stay there?

Life happens outside of your comfort zone. Change and growth happens outside of your comfort zone. Progress happens outside of your comfort zone.

Let’s say you want to start working out. You know it will make you feel better, but for whatever reason, you keep putting it off. You keep saying you’ll start next week. Or when things slow down at work. Or when you get your next paycheck.

But what actually happens? Do you ever actually start? Something always comes up to stop you from actually starting.

Again…nothing changes if nothing changes.

Do you need help to get over that hurdle? At CrossFit Chesapeake, we have personal training sessions personalized just for you and your goals. We also offer Foundations classes that introduce you to CrossFit before joining group classes.

We are here to help you on your fitness journey, however that looks for you. We just want to help you get started and to continue on your fitness path!

Message me to get started. Today is a great day to start! Make the changes to get where you want to be in life. Imagine where you could be in 6 months!

Have a beautiful week!
