There are 3 weeks left of 2022. Which is insane because I swear we just started this year. Yet, here we are.
This is a good time to start reflecting on your goals from this year. Have you met them? Did you need to re-evaluate or change them? What worked? What didn’t?
Are you where you want to be? What do you need to do to get there? What, if anything, needs to change?
Nick and I took a good long look at our goals from this year in November. We sat down and talked about what we wanted, where we wanted to be, and what we needed to do to get there.
We realized we were just spinning our wheels, going nowhere fast. We’d done all we could do and were running into a brick wall, just hitting it again and again. And both of us have been burnt out for awhile now.
So we decided to make some changes. We’re heading into 2023 with bigger goals, bigger dreams, and thankfully, we’re doing it 100% together.
Nick is finally going to be at the gym with me full time. I’ve reached my capacity of doing it on my own plus being a full time mom. And momma needs all the help I can get!
So starting in 2023, look for big changes at CFC. Open gym hours during the week, later classes, and potentially new programs! We’re finally going to be able to work together on our dreams.
I’m grateful we have this chance to create our dreams. I’m grateful for all the hard times we’ve had that have led us here. I’m grateful for the growth and overcoming of our fears to be able to take this leap. I’m grateful for this journey together and with CFC.
