We’ve been asked a lot about nutrition coaching lately, so I wanted to provide some clarity about what exactly it is, what is included with it, and how to get started.

First, every membership at CFC comes with two 15-minute nutrition consults throughout the year. So the easiest place to start is to schedule a consult with one of our coaches to see where you’re currently at and what your goals are. In that consult, we can offer you a couple tips and tricks to kickstart your nutrition journey.

However, if you want more in depth coaching, someone to hold you accountable, to provide specific numbers to track and eat, then we have you covered!

Our nutrition coaching is offered on a month by month basis, and we highly recommend a 3-month commitment as that gives us time to break old habits and build new ones – it usually takes a month to break the old habits, a month to learn the new ones, and the third month to REALLY feel comfortable with them.

Okay, cool. You’ve committed to working together. So now what?

The initial assessment is an in depth questionnaire that we have you fill out so we know where you’re starting, where you’re at with your current training and nutrition, what you’ve tried in the past, what has or hasn’t worked for you, how committed you are to making changes in your life, and what your ultimate goals are. We then take that assessment and provide a personalized plan for you. We use what you provide to us as a starting point and provide you with a personalized nutrition guide and goals.

No, we don’t provide meal plans (we aren’t nutritionists), but we do provide samples of what foods you should be eating that will help you meet your goals. But the real point of it is that you should eat what you ENJOY! If you don’t enjoy what you’re eating, I can promise that you won’t continue on that path.

Eating is a HUGE part of our lives; you may as well enjoy what you’re eating! It makes the whole process so much more enjoyable. It becomes more of a lifestyle change than a “diet.”

So the real questions are, how much does it cost? And what specifically is included?

Nutrition coaching is $150 per month. And here is what is included:

  • Accountability and support (this is a HUGE one)
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Unlimited email access
  • Detailed onboarding packet with personalized goals and nutrition guidance
  • Before measurements and weight, plus weekly check-ins and progress updates
  • Before pictures, plus pictures every 3 weeks to track progress
  • Nutrition guide and support on supplementation and training (fitness-wise)

While the crux of the coaching is about nutrition, it also goes a lot deeper than that. We discuss sleep habits, supplementation, fitness training, and even emotional and mental habits and support.

We know making huge life changes isn’t something to be taken lightly. We are invested in working with each and every one of our clients. We walk the path with you. And we help and provide you with specific goals to hit each week. Small steps, small goals met, lead to big changes and achievements.

And yes, when things aren’t going as planned, we make adjustments and tweaks. Again, if you aren’t happy with what you’re doing, with what you’re eating, you aren’t going to stick with it. And we want you to be successful! We want you to be happy and healthy and living your best life!
