Yes, that’s right. Invite all your friends, family members, mortal enemies (just kidding, you don’t have to do that). But invite away! Any and everyone can join you all week long, for absolutely FREE!

Come check out what CrossFit is all about, get a good workout in, meet some new friends, and see all that CFC has to offer. 

The best part is there’s no commitment on your part. But I would put money on it that you’ll end up loving it and ask where and how to sign up after the week is over. 

Every workout will challenge you (yep – I’m still challenged daily 10 years into it!), the people will help motivate and cheer you on, and the coaches will ensure you’re moving well and getting the best workout and scales for you. Every movement, every workout is infinitely scalable. That’s the beauty of it! 

Nope – you don’t have to be fit to start. You don’t have to do CrossFit to try it out. You don’t have to be experienced. You just need to show up in workout clothes and have a bottle of water. Boom. You’re ready to go.
